Its been an exciting week of speculation as the draws for the World Cup, Champions, and Europa League are set.  Pat, Mario, and Devon pick a favorite for each World Cup Group and try to pick a potential group of death.
The guys look back on the Manchester Derby, which may have decided the Domestic Title and wallow in disappointing Derby weekends for Chelsea and Liverpool supporters.
They also give the MLS Cup a little bit of love for Merica’s sake on  Winter Wonderland edition of the Set Piece

Ineptitude breeds the winds of change and it is sweeping through the Soccer world at a pace so rapid, we may be able to attribute it to man made emissions.  USMNT, Everton and Leicester are looking for new management while Newcastle fans hope Mike Ashley’s sale will give Newcastle the spending power to compete in the Prem.
The guys also check in on the comings and going in Europe’s major competitions, give America a minute and discuss the best way to punch a goalie when you’re holding a baby with your strong hand on this week’s Set Piece.

Danielle Floyd and Former MLS Player Knox Cameron Join Sports Radio Detroit

Beginning this fall, journalist Danielle Floyd and former Major League Soccer player Knox Cameron are joining the staff of Sports Radio Detroit.

Danielle Floyd is a die-hard hockey fan; religiously following the sport at all levels. She got her start at WUMD where she held various executive  positions, including General Manager, and was co-host of the Unappreciated Scholars Radio Show. During her college career, Danielle interned for Michigan Hockey Magazine and The Dearborn Press and Guide. Danielle is a graduate of the University of Michigan, where she earned her Bachelors degree in Communications with a concentration in Journalism.

Born in Kingston, Jamaica, Knox Cameron migrated to the Bronx in New York at the age of nine. He grew up playing soccer and cricket, but it was soccer that landed him a two-time All-American title. In 2003, Knox was Big Ten player of the year for the University of Michigan, as well as the team’s captain and all-time leading scorer. In addition to successful collegiate career, Knox played two seasons of major league soccer (MLS) for the Columbus Crew.With a vast knowledge of soccer, Knox has taken his experiences to the broadcast booth. He currently co-host’s The Soccer Report on Sports Radio Detroit with Kevin Liddy.
